Apply for an apartment

DIP owns alone or in partnership with other pension funds a number of residential properties which enables DIP to rent almost 1,000 apartments with a preferential right to the members.

The apartments are managed by Dan-Ejendomme.

Who is entitled to rent DIP's apartments?

DIP's members and spouse pensioners have preferential rights to DIP's apartments. The apartments are rented by seniority - the seniority equaling the duration of the contribution period. Members' children under age 24 have preferential rights to the 14 flatlets in Vordingborggade.

Members' children under age 24 can also be assigned an apartment according to the parents' seniority, if the apartment can not be rented to a member.

Finally, the apartments can be assigned to members of the Danish Society of Engineers (IDA) in the order received.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIP's apartments are in great demand. If you are assigned an apartment, you must be registered with the National Register of Persons in Denmark and live in the apartment yourself.

Vacant apartments are posted on DIP's website.

If you are interested in a vacant apartment, please complete the application form before expiry of the deadline and send it to DIP. The apartment will be assigned to the applicant with the longest seniority.

If you have any questions, please contact Dorte Stoltz on 82 33 00 21.
